Yes, I didn't notice the year on the press release I found - and then when I did I tried to delete the comment - guess that ddn't work. When we went to B&R they tried to charge us full price because it was one minute after 9pm when they gave us our ice cream, but we complained and eventually they gave us the deal (and then they shut their shop one hour early). I guess the franchisee didn't like the promotion.
